John Turner VP, Investment Advisor Lending, Live Oak Bank
John serves as Vice President, Investment Advisor Lending at Live Oak Bank.
John joined Live Oak Bank with over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Live Oak Bank, John ran a successful practice as a financial advisor in the Midwest. He went on to hold several executive positions within the two largest broker dealers in the industry and the largest fraternal benefit society.
Over the years John has had experience buying, brokering, or financing over 600 deals. As a result, John has spoken at advisor groups and industry events both large and small and authored several whitepapers addressing succession and acquisition topics and issues.

Compass CFO Solutions is the industry leading provider of Outsourced CFO Solutions to the wealth management industry.
Compass offer services such as bookkeeping, bill payment, financial statement analysis, and more. We help firms analyze their expenses and benchmark their financials against other firms in the industry. Where appropriate, we make industry-specific recommendations and introductions to new partners and vendors in order to unlock efficiencies within their practices.

Howard Abrahams CEO, Morewood RIA Funding
Morewood RIA Funding helps RIAs and their business clients access capital by introducing borrowers across the credit spectrum to optimal lenders.
Prior to forming Morewood RIA Funding, Howard Abrahams spent 25 years in Business Development roles at Man Investments, Perella Weinberg, and Vida Capital. In this capacity he primarily covered Registered Investment Advisors and Family Offices. From 1995-2003, Mr. Abrahams was a Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley, Oppenheimer and UBS.
Howard has a Juris Doctorate from the Benjamin Cardozo School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Binghamton University
